By commissioning me you agree fully to the following:

1. Contact & Info

Contact is possible for commissions through several different websites/social medias, including: Discord (antimonycarver), Telegram (@antimonycarver), FurAffinity, Twitter, email ([email protected]) and Instagram. This is ordered in how fast I will be to see your inquiry. Discord/telegram is the quickest way to reach me. Sometimes it can be weeks for me to see messages on instagram.

Harassment and haggling will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Communication is to remain professional between both parties. I do not have time and energy for small talk.

2. Commission Inquiry

When first contacting me and submitting your ideas, please have the following information ready:

The type of commission you are wishing to buy (ex: Reference sheet, 4x4, bookmark,9x6, badge, etc.)

References and/or descriptions of the character(s) to be drawn

References and/or descriptions of the expressions and/or poses to be drawn

References and/or descriptions of the background (if applicable)

Base prices for each commission and commission tiers can be found on my current price list found on my website, KoFi, or Trello.

You must provide a completed reference that is NOT shaded!

Additional charges may be made to the price for the following:

Complex character designs (ex: wings, multiple appendages, detailed tattoos, excessive markings, etc.)

Complex background designs

Foreshortened and/or Dynamic poses

Character(s) that do not have a pre-existing reference sheet or art

2. Artistic Process

Unforeseen events, emergencies or issues that prohibit me from working on art and delays progress will be communicated to my clients via social media and posted as an update on Trello.

Once payment has been received, you will be moved into the queue (found on Trello). Commissions are completed mostly in payment order.

Major revisions are to be discussed in the sketch phase. I am happy to make any and all changes during this phase.

Demanding a large change after the sketching phase will result in an additional fee to cover for time loss. Pricing for these changes depend on how drastic the change is.

No charge for a change when it is me making a mistake on your characters color/markings/etc.

I can not provide a definitive time frame for your commission completion. My paintings take anywhere from 1 week-6 months or more depending on complexity/size. You will be provided with a time estimate.

DO NOT RUSH ME! I usually only give updates about once a week or two weeks. Excessive spamming or questioning, especially points easily found in TOS may result in a blacklist from commissioning me again.

You may ask for availability of rush commissions done by a certain date, this will come with a fee if available.

3. Payment

50% payment upfront and 50% after draft is approved. You may also pay in full upfront utilizing Ko-Fi's commission system.

Prices are listed in USD and payment will be made using Ko-Fi, PayPal, Stripe, CashApp, or Venmo.

Payment plans can be discussed for works over $150

4. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping for 9x6 and smaller is $5 internationally. It is shipped from my mailbox.

I am not responsible for works lost in the mail! I have never lost a painting in the mail but it is possible it could happen. You can inquire for the cost of adding insurance on your piece in the mail- usually not ore than $15 unless you have a large piece.

YOU are responsible for sending me your mailing address in the correct form.

I will ship to the address as you have sent it to me and am not responsible for undelivered mail due to this error.

5. Refund Policy

Once the commission process begins, a percentage of it is non-refundable. This varies depending on how much work is completed. If you wish to cancel your order, the following rates will be non refundable:

sketch = 25% of the commission price

outline = 50% of the commission price

flat color painting = 75% of the commission price

final painting details/shading = 100% of the commission price

If I have not began your piece, you are subject to a full refund at your request.

6. Disclaimers & Posting Policy

I reserve the right to deny anyone of my services.

I reserve the right to blacklist anyone from commissioning me for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission for reasons relating to harrassment/haggling. Said refunds also follow the same non-refundable percentages stated above in Section 5.

Any pose/concepts may be used for later commissions.

You understand that other commissions may be completed before yours especially if they are smaller works than

yours.

You cannot use my work for profit/NFTs/etc (it's OK if you resell a character later and include the art I made)

I may use your commission as example work for my portfolio/socials unless you pay a private commission fee. Tell me upfront if it needs to be private

You may repost my art for character galleries with credit and link to appropriate social; please link my Toyhouse/ Furaffinity / instagram (depending on platform) if you repost.

Please do not post to twitter/tumblr/bluesky. You may retweet/reblog from mine to your blog. Feel free to inquire to ensure I post to that social platform!

Only the commissioner/giftee is allowed to repost.

If painting is a gift and you need me to hold off on posting until a certain date, let me know. This is free. tell me upfront or I may post wips!

Commissioners must be over the age of 18 to purchase NSFW art. No exceptions.

As a traditional artist, color may not be exactly as your ref sheet. I WILL make it as close as possible and ask what you think of colors as i go. Do tell me if you believe i have made a mistake, however i am not a printer.
